Equipment introduction: this machine is mainly composed of face masks machine, mask conveyor and ear loop welding machine, which can automatically complete Non-woven fabric folding, cutting to the fixed length of nose bridge bar ,import folding cloth, then flanging, after using ultrasonic welding and cutting of form a complete face mask. The mask pieces are transferred to the ear loop machine through the inverted conveyor line. The ear loop machine welds the ear tape to the mask pieces and finish production ,at the same time automatically counts and enters the packaging process.
(2)Introduction of ear loop welding machine
To solve the problem of the instability of the ear loop welding machine of the mask machine in the market, we have corrected the ear loop welding machine. Traditional ear loop welding machine is pneumatic version: it includes pneumatic wire, pneumatic rotary welding, affected by air pressure, often appear the ear loop detachment problem, the need to manually re-ear loop, equipment running rate of 80%, and difficult maintenance.
The new seventh generation ear loop welding machine has replaced pneumatic wire, pneumatic rotary welding with the motor, which makes the movement more coordinated and stable and improves the production efficiency of the machine. 100-130 masks can be made per minute. The welding effect is better and the width and size of ear loop are more consistent, and the movement rate is above 95%.
