N95/KN95 automatic high speed mask machine is a fully automatic N95/KN95 mask production equipment.Except for the material feeding and finished mask packing ,all the production process are completed automatically, which is easy operation and labor-saving. After the mask is made, the mask and waste are separated by a waste separator. One-button fully automated production reduce the human body contact during the production process of masks, thereby meeting industry testing standards and labor-saving. This Kn95 mask machine is our 5th generation upgraded mask machine with higher production speed 70-80pcs/min, more smaller size and more stable performance. Equipped with 11 servo motors, full servo, more faster and more stable.

1. Equipped with 11 servo motors, full servo drive, more faster and more stable, extremely high output,70-80pcs/min, PLC program control,full automation of the whole equipment,automatic conveying of raw materials, nose bridge cutting, mask edge welding, ultrosonic fusion, molding cutting and waste edge aggregate device; low requirements for operation staff, only need to feed materials and collecting the finished products;
2. Automatic counting can effectively control production efficiency and production schedule;
3. With breakpoint memeory, power off automatic protection functions;Built-in alarm system, equipment abnormal or lack of material and automatic stop alarm ,screen guide to quickly deal with abnormal.
4.Photoelectric detection of the nose bridge effectively avoid the occurrence of defects in large quantities; Accurate positioning of prodcucts to improve productivity and yield.
5.The whole machine adopts aluminum alloy structure, beautiful and strong and rustproof;
6. 3-5 layers of masks can be produced according to customer requirements;
7. size of the mask body , nose bridge length and earband length, are all can be adjusted;
